Users or agents posting Listings represent and warrant they have the right to do so and that Listings are accurate and not misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content — double-check, verify, and do your homework.

5. Intellectual Property

All content owned by Rhamala Homes of Africa (brand assets, site content, code, logos) is protected. You may not reuse or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.

6. Payments, Fees & Transactions

If the Service processes payments or referral fees, those transactions are subject to separate terms. We are not the principal in transactions between users unless explicitly stated.
